"Testing Drafts for Usability and Persuasiveness" Blog Post

Testing and evaluating a project to best fit its intended audience can be a long process. There are many factors that give into how convenient a website is. For example, this website is centered around my multiple blog posts on academic and personal topics, therefore I have inserted minimal amounts distractions and centered my website to surround my blog posts. In other website forms such as online shopping centers, the targeted audience is different from a blog post. Due to this, many online shopping sites have a busier background with colorful accents and multiple tabs filled with items they're selling and more. Overall, the steps to testing the usability of every website are the most crucial steps within the website-making process. This is where people will decide whether or not your site is comfortable to use and easy to access. Seeing who your audience is, or is going to be, and asking a group of those individuals to test your site is one way you can get the answers on whether or not your website is "user-friendly."
